About Our Firm
A small firm established in January 1988, specializing in individual taxes, full service accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation for businesses. The firm offers financial & investment advisory services with year round service and support. The firm has state of the art equipment and has been located in the Englewood & Vandalia area for over 30 years.

Our Expert Team

Fred P. Kreuzer, CPA, EA
Fred is a 1971 graduate of Wright State University business school with a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting. He has been an Enrolled Agent since 1984 and a Certified Public Accountant since 1994. In addition to managing the day to day affairs of the business, some of Fred other duties include preparing individual and business tax returns, meeting with prospective monthly bookkeeping clients, conducting tax planning meetings, and handling IRS and State tax audits.
Fred has over 40 years of professional tax experience and has been located in the Englewood area for over 35 years. He is a charter member of the Dayton Chapter of the Ohio State Society of Enrolled Agents. He has previously served on the Dayton CPA tax committee and the CPA Sole Proprietorship committees. He currently resides in Butler Township with his wife, Barb.

Jessica Odenweller, CPA
Jessica Odenweller is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a proud graduate of Wright State University. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has played a key role in managing operations and leading the business tax services division. Her responsibilities include preparing both business and individual tax returns, advising clients on effective tax planning strategies, and ensuring the firm operates efficiently and smoothly. In addition to her accounting expertise, Jessica is a commissioned Notary Public, offering added convenience and support to clients.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica resides in Butler Township with her husband and their four children. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, especially camping together.

Cathy Mikesell, EA
Cathy has been a dedicated member of the firm since 1997, contributing her expertise across a range of practice areas including individual and small business income tax preparation, as well as general accounting services. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Indiana University East and obtained her Enrolled Agent certification in 2005.
Currently residing in Darke County, Cathy enjoys spending her free time with her children and grandchildren, cherishing family moments outside of work.

Shirley Easley
Shirley has worked in public accounting since 2000, specializing in small business bookkeeping and payroll services. She joined Fred P. Kreuzer, CPA & Associates in 2009 and now serves as the firm’s Office Manager. In this role, she oversees daily operations while continuing to provide expert support in bank reconciliations, general ledger and financial statement preparation, and sales and payroll tax filings.
Shirley studied Accounting at Patterson Co-Op and Sinclair Community College. She is highly proficient in QuickBooks Pro, CLS, and UltraTax software. Outside the office, Shirley enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and many grandchildren.
Angela Hall
Angela is a experienced Payroll Manager and Tax Preparer at Kreuzer Odenweller CPAs, bringing over 15 years of experience in payroll processing and has spent the past 5 years expanding her expertise into tax preparation. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy make her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues. Angela is known for her efficiency, reliability, and deep understanding of payroll systems and tax regulations.
She holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Sinclair Community College and is currently advancing her expertise by studying to become an Enrolled Agent (EA). Angela’s dedication to continuous learning and professional growth reflects her passion for delivering exceptional financial solutions.
Outside of work, Angela lives in Troy, Ohio, with her husband of 16 years and their two sons. Together, they enjoy spending time at the ball field and boating—making the most of family time and the great outdoors.
Nicholas C. Brown, BBA
Nicholas C. Brown is a Tax and Small Business Accountant who specializes in delivering comprehensive tax preparation and bookkeeping services to individuals and businesses. With a solid academic foundation in accounting and a strong commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance, he guides clients through complex tax matters with clarity and confidence.
A proud graduate of the University of Dayton, Nicholas combines academic excellence with practical experience to provide tailored financial solutions. Whether managing routine bookkeeping or handling intricate tax filings, he emphasizes precision, timeliness, and personalized service to meet the unique needs of each client.
Yvette Yuhasz
Yvette has been with the firm since 2024, serving as a Small Business Accountant. She is responsible for preparing financial statements for a diverse range of clients, filing sales tax returns, and processing payroll. With an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and over 20 years of experience in the field, Yvette brings both expertise and dedication to her role.
Outside of work, Yvette enjoys a full and active life with her husband and their four children. She is deeply involved in her community through frequent volunteer work and especially loves supporting her children at their games, events, and concerts. A passionate fan of Michigan sports, she proudly cheers on her team year-round.
Hannah Wilmoth
Hannah Wilmoth joined the firm in January 2024 and serves as the lead receptionist and collections specialist. A graduate of Sinclair Community College with an Associate of Liberal Arts degree (Class of 2022), she plays a vital role in client relations and administrative support. Her responsibilities include answering phones, welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism, and maintaining a calm, reassuring presence—especially during the busy tax season. She also assists with payroll, sales tax, bookkeeping, and various other operational tasks.
Outside of the office, Hannah is actively involved in several ministries at her church. She also enjoys gardening and takes pride in growing a variety of herbs, vegetables, fruits, and flowers.
